For customers traveling in Royal First Class there is a wide range of choices for every palette, currently more than 60 main courses and light meals each month. Classic western dishes include Lobster Thermidor, Grilled Beef Steak Rossini, Pan-fried scallops Provencale and more. A selection of THAI and Asian dishes include Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Green and Massaman Curry, Barbecued Duck, Fish Maw Soup , Fish Chu-Chee, Chicken, Beef or Pork Stir-fried with Basil and Garlic and topped with a fried egg, or a light and nourishing rice porridge.
Traveling in Royal Silk Class departing from Bangkok to all of THAI´s international destinations(excluding Penang ) and inbound flight from Singapore, Jakarta, Sydney, Dubai, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kansai, Incheon. You can now preorder your first hot meal from our different menu variety on each country. Grilled Steak with Peppercorn Sauce, Seared Salmon with Tarragon Cream Sauce and a variety of stir-fried dishes, THAI curries, roasted duck or pork, all served with Thai jasmine rice, Rib Eye Bulgogi(Korean style), Chicken Waterzooi (Belgian dish), Veal Roulade Madeira sauce(German dish), Beef Rendang(Indonesian dish).
Preordering meals at least 24 hours for passenger traveling from Bangkok or 48 hours for inbound flight to Bangkok prior to departure in Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class gives you the opportunity to choose from an extensive menu selection that is not available onboard.
