Notification of the intention of the employees to receive the securities under the Employee Securities Option Plan of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited

Reference is made to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No. 1/2002 on August 30, 2002. The meeting has approved the establishment of the Employee Securities Option Plan of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (ESOP) for the allocation of ordinary shares or warrants, altogether not exceeding 15 million units. The Company would like to notify the intention of the employees to receive the securities under the ESOP as follows :

1.    There are 22,205 employees who intended to receive ordinary shares, totaling to 14,656,700 units.

2.    There are 400 employees who intended to receive warrants, totaling to 309,300 units.

3.    There are 224 employees who refused to receive securities under the ESOP, totaling to 125,000 units.

The Company has fixed the subscription period for 5-days from September 27, 2004 to October 1, 2004 at 9.00 – 15.00 hours., at the subscription point.
