Notification of the Book Closing for Interest Payment of Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI08OA and THAI10OA)

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform you that the Company will close the registered book for interest payment of debentures of the Company (THAI08OA and THAI10OA), the details are shown below in the reference letter from KASIKORNBANK.

We, KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED as the Registrar of THE DEBENTURES OF THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2546 SERIES 1 DUE B.E.2551, par value of Baht 1,000, total units of 5,500,000, and total value of Baht 5,500,000,000 and THE DEBENTURES OF THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2546 SERIES 2 DUE B.E.2553, par value of Baht 1,000, total units of 4,500,000, and total value of Baht 4,500,000,000 and interest semi-annually on April 8 and October 8 of each year.  

We would like to inform you that the first interest payment will be made on April 8, 2004 detail as follow :-

1.      Series 1 (THAI08OA) interest rate 3.00 percent per annum and 183 days duration – from October 8, 2003 to April 7, 2004

2.      Series 2 (THAI10OA) interest rate 3.70 percent per annum and 183 days duration – from October 8, 2003 to April 7, 2004

As well, we will close the book for interest payment at 12.00 P.M. of March 25, 2004.
