Omission of Interim Dividend Payment ofThai Airways International Public Company Limited
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“the Company”) held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/2005 on Wednesday, June 15, 2005, at the Conference Room, Building No. 5, 26th Floor, Head Office, No. 89 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Khwaeng Jompol, Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok Metropolis. The Board of Directors has passed a resolution to omit the interim dividend payment for the first half of fiscal year 2005. The Company will reserve cash from operations as working capital in order to support the potential volatility of fuel price, which may increase in the future.
