According to the Public Company Act, THAI must hold its Annual General Meeting within four months following the close of its financial year. THAI usually holds the meeting each December.

What should I do if my dividend cheque has expired?

If you are a holder of a cheque for 1993 dividend payment, please contact the company’s registrar to extend the cheque. The cheques validity period for dividend payments in other years has already been extended. You can deposit those cheques in your bank account.
