Itinerary

 

Healthy body leads to better lifestyle and peace of mind. Thus, it is safe and sensible to ensure that your heart is in excellent condition.

 

Bangkok Hospital is famous for its comprehensive heart care program. You will have to make your own way to the hospital for registration at 7am at the International Medical Service department on the second floor. Please find more information before your visit under the section “Important notes” below.

 

Registration will last approximately an hour, and your check-up will begins at approximately 8 am, which will last for three to four hours. The program comprises of the following tests:

 

  • Physical examination
  • Complete blood count
  • Glucose test
  • Creatinine test
  • Cholesterol test
  • Triglyceride test
  • HDL (high density lipoprotein) test
  • LDL
  • Uric acid test
  • Urine examination
  • Chest X-ray
  • EKG
  • TSH
  • ABI
  • Exercise stress test

Important notes:

1. Participants are asked to fast for eight hours prior to the start of the

programme.

2. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing as you will be asked to disrobe

for some of the tests. Tennis shoes are recommended for the exercise

stress test.

3. After giving a blood sample, you will take part in each of the tests before

meeting with a doctor for your physical examination. Here you will be told

the initial results of each test.

4. Compete written results will be available three days after your check-up.

You can collect these in person from the hospital, have them sent to your

hotel or mailed to a forwarding address.

5. Transfers to and from the hospital are not included.
