Itinerary
Day 1:
You'll start with a posture and stance course learning foot placement, hand and first position for effective punching, folding firsts as protective guards and hand binding to prevent injuries.
Day 2:
The focus is on footwork with leading forward, stepping backward, advancing toward the opponent and moving back and away.
Day3-7:
The final five five days consist of an extensive 15-hour course in Muay Thai weapons-the feet, knees, elbows and first-for offensive moves like the four main kicks, punching and striking.
