Once you've completed the basic course, it's time to learn the finer points of the sport. Each session is dedicated to a countering tactic or defensive move, beginning with defending against a foot thrust. You'll continue with kick defense, knee holding, brushing aside kicks and punches as well as countering attacks with kicks, elbow thrusts and punches.
