Itinerary
Day 1: Discover one of Thailand’s best-kept secrets on this short break in Trang. Rich in natural beauty, including gorgeous beaches, stunning waterfalls and amazing rock formations, as well as dozens of man-made attractions, this is a place that will stay in your memory forever.
After being met at the airport you’ll be transferred to your hotel where you’ll be free to spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 2: After breakfast on day two, you have the choice of two superb full-day tours. Your options are:
IslandTour (operates April 1 to May 15 and October 1 to March 31 only)If you like marine life and beautiful beaches, this is the choice for you.
Departing from your hotel you’ll head first to the island of Koh Chueak, home to the most exquisite white coral, and then on to Koh Muk, which boasts Morakot Cave as its main attraction. This is a stunning natural rock formation surround by emerald green waters – a photo opportunity not to be missed.
After a delicious lunch, you’ll continue on to Koh Kradan – the location for the annual underwater wedding ceremony held each Valentine’s Day – and home to a wealth of beautiful hard coral.
You’ll have plenty of time to discover the sights for yourself as you snorkel and swim in the glorious sea water.
The day ends with the return journey to your hotel.
ThamlayCaveandWaterfall (operates all-year round)Discover one of Trang’s most breathtaking attractions at Thamlay Cave.
From your hotel, you’ll travel to the island of Khao Kob, from where a short boat ride will take you to this amazing natural wonder. Sailing deep inside the cave you’ll see the fantastic soda-straw and flow-stone formations that make this such a popular attraction. You’ll also visit the smaller caves of Khon Thum and Raksai.
Back on dry land your day continues with a trip to Trang City and a visit to Thamkonjiea Joss House, a beautiful Chinese temple.
After a tasty lunch, it’s on to the scenic areas of Sairung and Tone and a refreshing stop at a stunning waterfall.
The day ends with the return journey to your hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast at the hotel, your final day in Trang includes a morning trip to the three beautiful beaches of Pakmeng, Chao Mai and Youngling, where you’re free to relax on the glorious sands or go for a dip in the crystal waters.
After lunch at a local restaurant, it’s back to the hotel to make your transfer back to Trang airport.
