Day 1:

Kathmandu
After arrival in the capital, the day is yours to spend at your leisure.

Day 2:

|
Kathmandu
Take a tour of Pashupatinath Hindu temple and Boudhnath Tibetan Buddhist temple with its all-seeing eyes, and also the Swayambunath hilltop Tibetan temple, which overlooks the city. In the afternoon, visit the city of Patan and Tibetan Handicraft Centre. (B)

Day 3:

|
Kathmandu – Nagarkot or Dhulikhel
You have a choice of two morning tours:
A. Stand at Nagarkot on the valley’s rim to see the Himalayas’ highest peaks including Mount Everest; or
B. Visit Dhulikhel with its own superb views of the mountains. On the way, stop in Bhadgaon, the third main city of the valley. The afternoon is yours to spend at your leisure. (B)

Day 4:

|
Dakshinkali
You’ll drive to the valley’s edge to Dakshinkali with its animal sacrifices, then to Chovar Gorge, and the valleys fourth major town, Kirtipur. The afternoon is yours to spend at your leisure. (B)

Day 5:

|
Kathmandu
Spend the day as you please before your transfer to your onward flight. (B)
