The morning course includes a visit to a fresh market and the creation of a four-dish menu. The afternoon course does not include the market visit.

Itinerary
If you’ve ever wanted to find out more about Thai cuisine, then this is the course for you. Not only will you have the opportunity to create some of the Kingdom’s signature dishes, but also visit an authentic market to select the ingredients for your delicious feast.
Courses are held both in the morning and afternoon (08.30-12.30 and 13.00-16.30), but please note that only the morning session includes a trip to the market.
Here’s a typical itinerary for a morning course (please note this is subject to change):
08.30: The students will be welcome with a fresh that herbal drink and discuss with the chef the four-course meal. They will prepare.
09.00: The group will take a ride by Skytrain (Saphantaksin) to the Bang Rakmorning market . The instructor will advise the group and guide in discovering the usage of Thai fruits and vegetables.
10.00: Time to take a ride back by sky train to the cooking school.
10.10: Arrive at the cooking school where a refreshing drink and towel are prepared.
10.15: Then the instructor will present a cookery demonstration of the dishes. Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day.
11.15: Time to practice, each student has his own table and wok. The instructor will assist you to. Have an experience the culinary teachnique of Thai cuisine.
12.30: You can taste and enjoy our own culinary creation in a convivial that setting at the blue elephant restaurant.
Remark: Only morning class that passenger will have a chance to visit morning market.
