Award requests can be made on our website. Please ensure your postal address is current and allow up to 4 weeks for certificate delivery.

Contact the hotel partner with whom you intend to stay and request a reservation stating that payment will be in the form of a Royal Orchid Plus Award certificate.

At check-in your certificate will be accepted as payment. However the certificate holder is responsible for all applicable taxes, service charges and other expenses incurred during the stay. Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Award stays with selected partner hotels across 4 continents can be redeemed in 3 categories, with the hotel location largely determining the mileage required.

Award requests for the International Collection must be made online only by logging in and going to Request an Award.

Awards can be requested for member’s use, or for an Award Nominee.

Please ensure the address in the profile is correct and allow up to 4 weeks for Certificate delivery by post.

Award stays can be for 1,2 or 3 consecutive nights. Be sure you request the correct level as the Certificate issued can only be used at a hotel participating in the corresponding level.

The hotel may request a taxed or emailed copy of your Certificate.
