With a paid Economy Class ticket in other stipulated booking classes, the number of miles determines upgrading to Premium Economy Class or Royal Silk Class.

With a paid Premium Economy Class ticket upgrades are to Royal Silk Class, while upgrades from Royal Silk Class take you to the luxurious comfort of Royal First Class.

Mileage Upgrade Awards can be requested at anytime after your paid ticket has been issued, but not less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
