 Confirmation & Cancellation:
       THAI may cancel the  courses if the number of applicants does not reach a minimum number of
           applicants stated in each course.
       Two weeks before the training date, each applicant will be notified whether the course is
           confirmed or cancelled.

 Payment:
     1.  After the confirmation received from THAI, a course fee may be made within two weeks prior to
          the commencement of the course.
     2.  Payment: Direct Deposit to: Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd.

      3.  No refunds will be given on cancellations received less than one week before the course date.
      4.  Please Fax the Pay-in slip and Tax Identification Number to: 0-2506-7376.
      5.  Receipts will be issued and given to participants on the days of the course.
      6.  If tax refund is required, bring along with holding tax certificate.
 

Remark:  7% VAT included in all training fees.
