According to the current pro-democracy protest in Hong Kong, We would like to inform that during the period of political protest on 29 September 2014, THAI’s Hong Kong town office (ticketing and reservation) at United Centre Building will be closed at 16.00 hrs. (local time) for safety reasons. Airport office is operating as normal.
Also, please be informed that THAI’s Hong Kong town office (Ticketing, Reservations & Royal Orchid Plus) at United Centre is temporarily closed until 06OCT14.
However, THAI’s Airport Office and all flights to/from Hong Kong will be operated as normal.

    Mobile Boarding Pass

    Mobile Boarding Passes have been implemented since 01 August 2012, enabling passengers to receive their boarding pass through MMS. In this second stage, THAI is delighted to launch the E-mail Boarding Pass - an electronic boarding pass that comes with Mobile Check-in with its alternative for passengers to receive a Mobile Boarding Pass via e-mail.

    Mobile boarding pass required condition

    ·         Domestic flights departing from Bangkok (BKK)/Chiangmai (CNX)/Phuket (HKT)

    ·         Mobile phone registered in Thailand.

    ·         Service providers are AIS and DTAC (through MMS)

    ·         Individual passenger with single flight in one booking code.

    ·         No special assistance requested.

    ·         Mobile phone device must support MMS and internet.

    ·         E-ticket is not purchased using credit card via telephone/web sale.

    ·         Service fee is 6 baht per MMS paid by passenger.

    ·         Passenger must have active e-mail address.

    7. To receive Mobile Boarding Pass through passenger's e-mail, enter passenger's active e-mail address and click "Send Mail"

    Passenger with No Checked Baggage

    ·         Show Mobile Boarding Pass at security checkpoint

    ·         For Royal Silk Class passenger, please show at the reception counter at Royal Silk Lounge - Domestic 

    ·         Show at the boarding gate together with an identification card or passport

    ·         Show to cabin crew prior to entering the aircraft

    Passenger with Checked Baggage

    ·         Drop your baggage at counter C15

    ·         Show Mobile Boarding Pass at security checkpoint

    ·         For Royal Silk Class passenger, please show at the reception counter at Royal Silk Lounge - Domestic

    ·         Show at the boarding gate together with an identification card or passport

    ·         Show to cabin crew prior to entering the aircraft
