THAI's Special Handling Form
For children between the ages of 5 and 11 years (having reached their 5th but not their 12th birthday) travelling unaccompanied on THAI, an Unaccompanied Minor Form must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian of the child and forwarded to your local THAI reservations department for processing. Please note a route-specific handling fee applies.
For passengers requiring medical assistance or having a medical condition, a MEDIF form may be required. For further details please contact your nearest local THAI office who will be able to assist you.
