From 30 June 2018, all international departing flights will have restrictions in place limiting inorganic powders to volumes less than 350ml per passenger in the aircraft cabin.
These powders include items such as sand, salt, talcum powder, powdered cleaning detergents and some types of make-up.
Passengers are now only allowed to carry 350ml or 350gm of inorganic powder per person through the security screening point.

Customers booked to travel with Thai Airways International, either via a travel agent or online via thaiairways.com, are not charged any additional fees to request services such as special meals, wheelchairs or for seat allocation.
In some cases, some travel agents may impose fees for these requests and we recommend customers should check with the booking/ticketing agent for details of any fees charged and ask for clarification as necessary.

From 25 October '15, Thai Airways International is pleased to announce the additon of an extra daily service between Bangkok and London, bringing this route to a double daily operation. THAI Flight TG916 departs Bangkok at 13:20 hrs and arrives into London Heathrow at 19:35 hrs. Return evening flights depart London at 21:35 hrs to arrive into Bangkok at 16:00 hrs.
Frankfurt will also see an increase in capacity with an additional 6 flights per week. The afternoon flight to Frankfurt departs Bangkok at 12:50 hrs and arrives into Frankfurt at 19:05 hrs that evening. Return flights depart the same evening at 20:55 hrs and arrive into Bangkok at 13:35 hrs.
Both London and Frankfurt are currently served daily by Airbus A380 aircraft. The additional flight frequencies will be operated by THAI's newest additions to our fleet, the Boeing 777-300ER offering the latest in in-flight technology and superior onboard facilities and service. The Boeing 777-300ER has a two-class configuration with 42 lie flat Royal Silk Business Class seats and 306 Economy seats.
