Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently selected premium wines that will be serves to passengers on board THAI flights. Mr. Chalermpon Kaewchinporn (fifth from left), THAI Vice President, In-Flight Services Department, presided over the blind taste test that was held to rate the quality of white and red wines. Wine labels were covered during the blind taste test in order to select the finest French wine that will be served to passengers flying THAI beginning in September 2017 onwards. Wines were selected by Thai and international sommeliers at THAI Catering, Suvarnabhumi Airport.
THAI selected wines that may be served with its inflight meals, particularly those which will complement Thai cuisine. White and red wines selected during the blind taste test will be voted again by sommeliers to select among the most famous and internationally acclaimed wines in the world.
