  • Your User ID and Password can be used on other divices (one at a time).
  • Internet access will end with each flight. A summary of your purchase of inflight Internet services will be sent to your e-mail address.
  • Your usage can be viewd on the usage meter while connected to the network.
  • Service maybe temporarily suspended due to weatherm satellite beam switches, and over some countries e.g. China. Please visit www.thaiairways.com for the latest update.
    Usage is not counted during period of suspension.
  • This service is provided over satellite and is optimized for light internet usage.
  • Tips for conserving data: disable automatic updates, downloads and backups.
  • Limited the number of browsing windows.
