Notice of Internet booking payment during CHUSEOK long holiday period of 30SEP-09OCT 2017

1.     Credit card payment

It is okay to issue tickets anytime when credit card payment is done at Thai homepage.

2.     Cash payment

During holiday period, SEOUL THAI office will be closed.

2.1.  Internet booking made until 28SEP with cash payment

Ticket can be issued when cash transfer is confirmed with staff of reservation or ticketing by the phone before 5pm of 28SEP17.

2.2.  Internet booking made between 29SEP -07OCT with cash payment Cash payment is not allowed.

2.3.  Internet booking made between 08OCT - 09OCT with cash payment

Cash payment is allowed. However, it is mandatory to confirm cash transfer with staff of reservation or ticketing by the phone on/after 10OCT within 72hours of reservation generated.

    Please kindly be informed that if cash transfer is not confirmed with staff, then reservation will be automatically cancelled after 72hours.

Mobile check-in

When you travel out of Bangkok to all destinations, you are allowed either to print boarding pass from home (Home Print Boarding Pass), receive Mobile Boarding Pass or Passbook Boarding Pass (iOS operating) only if you hold and enter proper travel document required to that destination during perform check-in.

Departing from stations outside Thailand where the Advance Passenger Information is not required and your proper travel document provided, you are then allowed to print Home Print Boarding Pass with A4 sized paper.

Mobile boarding pass required condition

1.    Domestic flights departing from Bangkok (BKK)/Chiangmai (CNX)/Phuket (HKT)
2.    International flights departing from Bangkok (BKK), holding the proper travel document required to that destination during perform check-in.
3.    Departing from stations outside Thailand where the Advance Passenger Information is not required and your proper travel document provided, you are then allowed to print Home Print Boarding Pass with A4 sized paper.
4.    Internet-enabled mobile phone.
5.    E-ticket is not purchased using credit card via telephone/web sale.
6.    Passenger must have active e-mail address.   
7.    No special assistance requested.

Check-in procedure

With The Mobile Check-in Service, use your internet-enabled mobile phone, simply check-in for your flights by accessing https://m.thaiairways.com. Just select Check-in and identify yourself by entering your last name, combined with either confirmed booking reference or electronic ticket number. Then continue, the systems will immediate process to check-in for you. Additionally, this Mobile check-in supports multiple passenger check-in including infants from the same and different booking reference, travelling  on the same flight.

At the Airport

Passenger with No Checked Baggage

·         Show Mobile Boarding Pass at and Passbook security checkpoint

·         For Royal Silk Class passenger, please show at the reception counter at Royal Silk Lounge - Domestic or International

·         Show at the boarding gate together with an identification card or passport

·         Show to cabin crew prior to entering the aircraft


Passenger with Checked Baggage

·         Drop your baggage at following Internet check-in bag drop counters
       -    C8 for Domestic flight at least 45 minutes prior to schedule departure time
       -    J1 – J3 for International flight at least 60 minutes prior to schedule departure time

·         Show Mobile Boarding Pass and Passbook with passport at security checkpoint

·         For Royal Silk Class passenger, please show at the reception counter at Royal Silk Lounge – Domestic or International

·         Show at the boarding gate together with an identification card or passport

·         Show to cabin crew prior to entering the aircraft
