Notice of Internet booking payment during CHUSEOK long holiday period of 30SEP-09OCT 2017

1.     Credit card payment

It is okay to issue tickets anytime when credit card payment is done at Thai homepage.

2.     Cash payment

During holiday period, SEOUL THAI office will be closed.

2.1.  Internet booking made until 28SEP with cash payment

Ticket can be issued when cash transfer is confirmed with staff of reservation or ticketing by the phone before 5pm of 28SEP17.

2.2.  Internet booking made between 29SEP -07OCT with cash payment Cash payment is not allowed.

2.3.  Internet booking made between 08OCT - 09OCT with cash payment

Cash payment is allowed. However, it is mandatory to confirm cash transfer with staff of reservation or ticketing by the phone on/after 10OCT within 72hours of reservation generated.

    Please kindly be informed that if cash transfer is not confirmed with staff, then reservation will be automatically cancelled after 72hours.

 LAX office closure

Dear valued THAI Airways customers,
After 35 years, THAI Airways will be suspending its direct flights to Los Angeles and North America after October 25, 2015.  We thank you for your business and loyalty.

With the suspension of our USA flights, we will be closing our North America offices.  From Oct 25 until Nov 10, 2015 ONLY, the USA office will answer calls at 1-800-426-5204 or 310-640-0097  for urgent ticketing inquiries only.   

E-mails will also be answered until Nov. 10 at the following addresses:
laxticket@thaiairwaysusa.com  (Ticketing inquiries)
laxreservation@thaiairwaysusa.com.  (all other inquiries).  
Service hours for both phone and e-mail is 900a – 400p U.S. Pacific Time Mo-Fr

General reservation/ticketing inquiries should be directed to our main contact center at contact@service.thaiairways.com or to our 24 hour Thailand call center at 011-66-2356-1111.

The Los Angeles Sales office (Travel agent inquiries) may be contacted at laxsales@thaiairwaysusa.com until Nov 10.

Royal Orchid Plus members may contact ropsvc@thaiairways.com or use the ROP prompt on the above noted phone number.

For damaged/missing baggage or customer service issues, please contact customer@thaiairways.com .
