Stopover / Transfers

1 stopover / transfer in BKK at TG en route for each direction.  STPC permitted in both directioin.

   * Please contact reservations@thaiairways.co.nz together with the Booking reference or E-ticket number to request a free stopver accommodation once full payment is made for the booking.
1 additional stop of not more than 24 hours permitted at AKL in each direction when using NZ domestic add-ons.

Ticket Validity
Maximum 1 month
Child Ticket 75% of the applicable Adult fare
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted at these fares.
Infant Ticket

Infants under 2 years old of age not occupying a seat pay 20% of the applicable Adult fare.  Infants under 2 years of age occupying a seat pay the child fare.

No Show Fee NZD 200


Reservation Change : Permitted within the ticket validity with fee NZD 200 for Adult and Child, NZD 50 for infant.   (The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on all flights:

Name correction : Reissue solely to correct a passenger name error permitted with fee NZD 50.00.  Please contact Thai Airways at : reservations@thaiairways.co.nz

Ticket Reissue : Changes that require re-issue of the ticket ; (other than name correction)
Adult and child : NZD 200 fee will apply.

Infant : NZD50 fee will apply.


Reroute : Permitted subject to reassessment of the applicable fare + taxes + collection of reissue fee.
Refund / Cancellation : TG may refuse refund if application is made later than 90 days after expiry of electronic ticket.
Refund fee :
Total unused ticket : Adult – NZD 200, Child - NZD 150, Infant - NZD 100
Partially used ticket : non – Refundable

Royal Orchid Plus Frequent Flyer W and V class – 25% ROP mileage accrual applies.
Q and H class – Full ROP miles accrual applies.

Capacity Limitations - The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at the fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights.
