Child Ticket

Children aged 2-11 years - 75% of adult fare
Unaccompanied minors (5-11 years) – pay 100% of the adult fare. Handling fees apply.

Unaccompanied minors are not permitted on T-class and K-class fare.

Infant Ticket

Infant under 2 years without seat – pay 20% of the accompanying adult fare.

Reservation Change : Change flight / Date / Booking class must be made before ticket expiration.

Changing date before departure :

Adult and Child:
    For L class: change fee of NZD150 per transaction.
    For T/K/V/W class: change fee of NZD100 per transaction.
    For D/J class: Change fee of NZD150 per transaction.
    Infant without seat: Charges Free of Charge.


Changing date after departure :

Adult and Child: Change fee of NZD200 per transaction.
Infant without seat: Charges Free of Charge.

 

Name correction :

Reissue solely to correct a passenger name error permitted with fee NZD50.

An authority number must be obtained from reservations@thaiairways.co.nz prior to reissue.


Reissuing ticket to a different passenger strictly not permitted.

Thai Airways may refuse refund if application is made later than 90 days after expiry of e-tickets.
    Refund fee:
    For L class: charge fee of NZD300

    For D/J class: charge fee of NZD250
    Partially used ticket:    Non-refundable
    Refund not later than 90 days after ticket expiry.

Royal Orchid Plus Frequent Flyer

L class – Nil miles
W and V class – 25% ROP mileage accrual applies.
K and T class – 75% ROP mileage accrual applies.
J and D class – Full ROP mileage accrual applies.

Capacity Limitations - The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at the fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights.
