• Any complaint regarding a service should be brought to the attention of the hotel accommodation or service provider as early as possible during your stay in order for the complaint to be handled without any delay. However if you are not satisfy, it should be notified to us in writing by email to email@example.com within 1 month of the date of service with all supporting documents and the following details for investigation :
• Passenger’s name
• Booking number
• Date of travel
• Name of hotel or product with reason for complaint
• Any complaint received after 1 month of the date of service will not be investigated.
