THAI Presented With IATA IOSA Certificate

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) was presented with the IATA IOSA registration certificate.

Mr John Moore, IATA Assistance Director of Safety and Flight Operations, Asia Pacific recently presented the IATA IOSA registration certificate to MrCharampornJotikasthira,THAI President and congratulated THAI for this major achievement. Also presented at the ceremony was Mr PratanaPatanasiri,Vice President of Aviation Safety, Security & Standards.

The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline and is the benchmark for global safety management in airlines. ALL IATA members are IOSA registered and must remain registered to maintain IATA membership. THAI is proud to have made this achievement as THAI‘s aim is to provide consistent service excellence with high safety operations. THAI was one of the first few airlines certified by the IATA Operational Safety AUDIT (IOSA) program and in 2004 just a few years after the IOSA program was launched. Thai Airways International has become the first airline in Thailand to be an IOSA-registered airline. THAI is now a recurring registrant of the upgraded “Enhanced IOSA “program having demonstrated effective management and control systems of flight operations with high safety standards
