Passengers travelling during 27 November - 10 December 2017 can waive fees for rebooking to the new date within the ticket validity, rerouting to arrive/depart from Jakarta or request a refund.

Kathmandu Travel Update

Thai Airways Rebooking/Refund Guidelines for Kathmandu Flights

In view of the Earthquake in Nepal on 25th Apr 2015, please be advised on the ticket handling procedures for TG online passengers holding TG documents as follows:

For TG Documents issued in Singapore On/Before 25th Apr 2015 with travel period during 11th May 2015 - 31st May 2015

  1. 1. Reservation Change:
    Passengers are allowed to change date of travel within ticket validity for travel until 31st May 2015 without fee and surcharges from sector to and from Kathmandu.

  2. 2. Rerouting/Reissued:
    Passengers are allowed to Reroute/Reissue ticket within its validity without fee and surcharges for any TG online passenger for sector to and from Kathmandu.

  3. 3. Refund for both Totally Unused and Partially Used Ticket
    Passenger will be given full refund without penalty and must submit the refund by 31st May 2015.
