Passengers travelling during 27 November - 10 December 2017 can waive fees for rebooking to the new date within the ticket validity, rerouting to arrive/depart from Jakarta or request a refund.

South Korea Travel Update due MERS Outbreak

Dear Valued Customer,

Thai Airways Rebooking/Refund Guidelines for South Korea flights due to MERS outbreak.

In view of the MERS outbreak in South Korea, please be advised/notified on the ticket handling procedures for passenger holding TG documents as follows:

For TG Documents issued in Singapore On/Before 08 June 15 with travel period during 08 June 15 – 31 July 15

1. Reservations Change:

  •     1.1 Sector To/From SEL/PUS
      •             • Authorize to change date of travel within ticket validity for travel until 31 July 15 without fee and surcharges.

  • 2. Rerouting/Reissued:
  •     • Authorize to Reroute/Reissue ticket within its validity without fee and surcharges for sector to/from SEL/PUS.

        • Recalculation shall be corresponding to the original fares against new fare.

    • • Any additional amount to be collected (e.g. fares, tax (es), surcharges) differences and/or other expenses occurred are on passenger's account.

    • • No refund for residual balance of fares.


  • 3. Refund for both Totally Unused and Partially Used Ticket
        • Refund - Refundable ticket/Non-Refundable Ticket, authorize full refund without penalty.

To submit for refund by 31 July 2015.
