2. This privilege is eligible for purchase of air ticket for domestic route or international route which departs from Thailand only. 

3. Card members should keep registered record, booking reference and receipt as evidence. 

4. The company reserves the right to recall cash back or ticket rewards from customer in case of transaction cancellation

5. Please directly contact airline for more information about flight and service before making transaction. 

6. In the case of a dispute, the decision of the Company is deemed final. The company reserves the right to alter details and conditions or to cancel any benefit of the promotion without prior notice. 

7. Credit Card Service is provided by Krundsriayudhya Card Co.,Ltd., Ayudhya Capital Services Company Limited, General Card Services Ltd., and Tesco Card Services Ltd.

Cash Back Conditions :

1. Cash Back will be calculated from spending per sale slip after customer sends SMS to register and completely gets reply message.

2. Limit 5,500 Baht cash back/sale slip and limit 11,000 Baht cash back/primary card account throughout promotion period.

3. Spending from supplementary card will be calculated for cash back and accommodated to primary card account only.

4. Cash back will be accommodated to primary card account within 3 days.

5. Cash back in this promotional campaign cannot be transferred to others, nor can it be exchanged for cash.

6. The company reserves the right to offer cash back under this program to members who maintain their membership. status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the cash back is credited to the account of the member.


Top Spender Conditions :

1. Combine spending of primary and supplementary cards through same Credit Card face under Krungsri Consumer at on a period of 7 Aug – 30 Sep 17.

2. Minimum spending at THB 300,000.

3. Card members who receive award tickets can choose flights to any international destination operated by THAI not including any partner airlines or code share flights.

4. Card members must be responsible to pay fee, tax and fuel charges on ticket issuance date.

5. Card members shall be responsible for taxes, insurance and other applicable surcharges imposed by the particular airport authorities on the complimentary ticket upon ticket pick up.

6. Award tickets are two economy tickets travelling together to same destinations.

7. Award tickets cannot be upgraded or exchanged for cash or any gifts. Cannot sell and cannot be transferred to other persons.

8. Limit 1 award per customer for the whole program.

10. Upon booking confirmation, please contact Commercial Compliance & Travel Support Department at the Thai Airways International Head Office to arrange for ticket collection.

11. Re-routing of above complimentary ticket is not permitted and has no monetary or refund value, nor can be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred for monetary or transferable to other person or other considerations.

12. Name change, Name correction (same person), reroute and upgrade are not allowed after ticketed.

13. Other terms and conditions may apply according to THAI.

14. The company reserves rights of final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
