1. This privilege is applied for participating Krungsri Credit Card, Home Pro Visa Card, Manchester United Credit Card, AIA Visa Card, Krungsri First Choice Visa Card, Central The 1 Credit Card (or Central Credit Card), Simple Visa Card and Tesco Lotus Visa Card. 

2. This privilege is eligible for Cardholders who purchase air ticket and making payment via any of the credit cards mentioned above for domestic route or international route which departs from Thailand only, and proceed with SMS registration and receive reply message before the purchase. 

3. Card members should keep SMS registration record, booking reference and receipt as evidence. 

4. The Company reserves the right to amend any of terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

5. In case of a dispute, decision of the Company is deemed final. The Company reserves the right to alter details and conditions or to cancel any benefit of the promotion without prior notice. 

6. Credit card service is provided by Krundsriayudhya Card Co.,Ltd., Ayudhya Capital Services Company Limited, General Card Services Ltd., and Tesco Card Services Ltd.




Cash Back Conditions :

1. Cash back will be calculated from spending per sale slip after customer receives a reply message. 

2. Limit 5,500 Baht cash back/sale slip and limit 11,000 Baht cash back/primary card account throughout thepromotion period. 

3. Spending from supplementary card will be calculated for cash back and accumulated to primary card account only. 

4. Cash back will be credited to primary card account within 3 days. 

5. Cash back in this promotional campaign cannot be transferred to others, nor can it be exchanged for cash. 

6. The Company reserves the right to offer cash back under this program to members who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the cash back is credited to the account of the member. 

7. The Company reserves the right to recall cash back or ticket rewards from customer in case of transaction void or cancellation.

Top Spender Conditions :

1. This Top Spender promotion is eligible for top 3 customers who spend the highest accumulative amount, minimum spending of THB 300,000, and make payment via any of the credit cards mentioned above, at Thaiairways.com throughout the promotion period (ticket for domestic or international route which departs from Thailand only). 

2. Accumulative spending will be calculated by combining between the spending of primary card and supplementary card being the same type of credit card (bearing same card face) under Krungsri Consumer at thaiairways.com throughout the period.

3. Each top spender will receive 2 round-trip economy class tickets can choose flightsof any international destination operated by THAI,but not including partner airlines or code share flights.

4. The 2 tickets awarded to each top spender must be used for the same flight and destination.

5. The names of the Top 3 spenders will be announced within November 15, 2017 on the websites, [Please add the websites].

6. The top 3 spenders must contact directly to THAI by themselves within 30 days from the announcement. Failing of which will be deemed to be abstention of receiving the reward. In case of abstention or disqualification of any of the top spenders, the Company will consider providing the reward tickets to the following top spender.    

7. Card members must be responsible to pay fee, tax and fuel charges by cash on ticket issuance date.

8. Card members shall be responsible for taxes, insurance and other applicable surcharges imposed by the particular airport authorities on the complimentary ticket upon ticket pick up.

9. Limit 1 award per customer for the entire promotion period.

10. Please contact THAI to make reservation.Upon booking confirmation, please contact Commercial Compliance & Travel Support Department at the Thai Airways International Head Office to arrange for ticket collection.

11. Award tickets can neither be upgraded or exchanged for cash or any other gifts, norsold or transferred to other persons.

12. The reward does not include airport tax and value added tax.

13. The top 3 spenders shall be responsible for any fee and tax 

14. Terms of conditions of the airline apply for the use of reward tickets. Failure of any top spenders to comply with such will entitle THAI to revoke or recall the reward tickets.

15. The Company reserves the right to use the names, other information and pictures of top 3 spenders who receive the reward ticket for the purpose of advertising, public relation in the audio visual form.  

16. Re-routing of above complimentary ticket is not permitted and has no monetary or refund value, nor can be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred for monetary or transferable to other person or other considerations.

17. Name change, Name correction (same person), reroute and upgrade are not allowed after ticketed.
