Condition for Exchanging and Delivery

  1. Delivery within Thailand only.
  2. EMS Delivery fee is 100 Baht for first kg., and each 1 kg more, add 30 Baht.
  3. THAI reserves the rights to exchange products due to their incompatibility with a customer's lifestyle.
  4. Products may be exchanged only if they malfunction and not because of the delivery process or its operation.
