Terms and Conditions

Available packages can be redeemed between March 1 and October 31, 2012, while the use of packages is valid between April 1 and October 31, 2012.

Packages can be redeemed by member self or for an Award Nominee.

Bookings should be made at least 10 working days before the travel date and are subject to availability.

Miles are deducted upon package confirmation.

No Award changes whatsoever or re-credit are permitted.

Packages include accommodation and all taxes, daily breakfast for 2, airport hotel transfers and tours when stipulated. All other expenses are the responsibility of the travelers.

Royal Orchid Holidays reserves the right to change program itineraries or substitute or cancel elements of any package when local conditions require such changes. Some Packages may require a minimum number of people.
