PIN Change from 5 to 8 Digits!
For increased online security your PIN must be changed from the current 5 numbers to the new 8 alphanumeric format. When creating your new PIN it must be 8 characters comprised of letters and numbers, with at least 1 letter and 1 number, for example:
test1234 orropkey67 or 4466k123 Create a PIN you will remember.
You may access your account online one time only using your current 5 number PIN. You will then be prompted to create a new PIN. Be sure to enter your current PIN and new PIN correctly. Failure to do so 3 times in succession and your account will be locked. In this case please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name and account number
If you have forgotten your current 5 number PIN, please go to“ Reset PIN “ then enter the e-mail address that matches the email address in your profile. please allow up to 15 minutes for the reset PIN validation and confirmation to be returned by e-mail.
If you do not know your 5 number PIN and have not included an e-mail address in your profile, you may submit a copy of your national ID or passport, along with a valid email address,by fax to 66 (0) 2545 3300 to 3304 or email to email@example.com You will then receive your new 8 character PIN by email.
