Ticket and Reservations Policy for Flood Situation in Thailand (Exclude Super Deal Fare)
Due to flooding situation in several provinces of Thailand, the following procedures will apply:
For all Thai Airways's ticket(s) issued worldwide including redemption tickets issued on THAI's website (www.thaiairways.com) or by ticketing offices and travel agents issuing date on/before 30NOV11 with travel period during 1OCT11-15DEC11
1. Change of Reservation : To / From Thailand
Extend ticket validity to 15DEC11 and allow to change date of travel without fee/surcharge
2. Reroute / Reissue : To / From Thailand and beyond Thailand
- Authorize to reissue/reroute within any Thai Airways online Thailand and beyond Thailand within ticket validity without fee/surcharge
- Any fare differences to be collected and/or expenses
(e.g. taxes and surcharges) occurred are on passenger's account
3. Refund : Thai Airways's ticket(s) issued worldwide
Ticket(s) with non-refundable condition remains non-refundable
*Please note that Thaiairways website is not capable for Change of Reservation Reroute/Reissue online. Passengers are advised to contact our THAI Local Office for assistance.

- Customers scheduled to depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport are advised to allow extra time for the journey to the airport as road network may be affected by flood.
