Selama pelaksanaan ibadah puasa mulai tanggal 17 Mei - 13 Juni 2018, kantor THAI di Jakarta beroperasi pukul 08.00 - 16.00 WIB dari hari Senin - Jumat (Sabtu, Minggu dan Hari Libur Nasional tutup).

Mulai tanggal 01 Mei 2018, seluruh penerbangan THAI dari Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta (CGK) pindah ke Terminal 3 di Row B.

Jadwal penerbangan:
TG434 CGKBKK 12.35 – 16.05
TG436 CGKBKK 19.00 – 22.30

Konter check-in dibuka 3 jam sebelum keberangkatan dan ditutup 40 menit sebelum keberangkatan. Online Check-in dapat dilakukan 24 – 1 jam sebelum keberangkatan yang dijadwalkan.

Complaints 

• Any complaint regarding a service should be brought to the attention of the hotel accommodation or service provider as early as possible during your stay in order for the complaint to be handled without any delay. However if you are not satisfy, it should be notified to us in writing by email to roh.complaint@thaiairways.com  within 1 month of the date of service with all supporting documents and the following details for investigation :

   • Passenger’s name

   • Booking number

   • Date of travel

   • Name of hotel or product with reason for complaint

• Any complaint received after 1 month of the date of service will not be investigated.
