Passengers travelling during 27 November - 10 December 2017 can waive fees for rebooking to the new date within the ticket validity, rerouting to arrive/depart from Jakarta or request a refund.

Royal First Class

  • 1. Service is provided for first class passengers traveling on the applicable flight/segment only. TG 4 digits flight (codeshare/extra/charter) is not allowed.
  • 2. Online Service can be requested 24 hours prior departure time for the outbound flight from Thailand and 48 hours. prior departure time for the inbound flight to Thailand.If less than 24 hours before scheduled flight departure time, by calling a local THAI Office or the THAI Contact Centre in Bangkok: Tel: (662) 356-1111
  • 3. ROP award ticket holders are also entitled to the service.
  • 4. The request should be made in accordance with the deadline associated with applicable flight/segment in order that request can be confirmed.
  • 5. The dish will be served as a main course only. For first course/soup/salad, a standard meal will be provided except for (1) Vegetarian food where all courses of vegetarian meal will be applied (2) Japanese meal where specified as -served with Japanese first course in Japanese meal box (washoku shokado)

Royal Silk Class

  • 1. Pre-ordering meals when traveling in Royal Silk Class is simple and convenient at least 24 hours prior to international outbound flight from Bangkok. Not applicable for flight TG465 TG473 TG483 and the domestic route. 
  • 2. Service is provided for Royal Silk class passengers traveling on the applicable flight/segment only. TG 4 digits flight (codeshare/extra/charter) is not allowed. 
  • 3. Online Service can be requested at least 24 hours prior departure time for the outbound flight from Bangkok.
  • 4. ROP award ticket holders are also entitled to the service. 
  • 5. The request should be made in accordance with the deadline associated with applicable flight/segment in order that request can be confirmed. 
  • 6. The dish will be served as the main course only for first course/soup/salad standard meal will be provided except for (1) Vegetarian food where all courses of vegetarian meal will be applied (2) Japanese meal where specified as -served with Japanese first course in Japanese meal box (washoku shokado)
