SOSPENSIONE TEMPORANEA DEL TRATTATO DI SCHENGEN IN CONCOMITANZA DEL G7 DI TAORMINA

Vi informiamo che, dal 10 al 30 maggio 2017, in occasione del G7 di Taormina, in Italia è sospeso il trattato di Schengen e verranno quindi ripristinati i controlli alle frontiere. Vi invitiamo a preparare il passaporto e/o carta d'identità valida per l'espatrio, da esibire alla Polizia di Frontiera. Grazie per la collaborazione.

Les informamos que debido al G7 en Taormina, queda suspendido el acuerdo de Schengen desde el 10 hasta el 30 de mayo de 2017. Los invitamos a preparar el pasaporte u otros documentos de identidad que puedan ser solicitados por la Policía de Fronteras. Gracias por su colaboración.

THAI operates to Europe as normal

          
            Bangkok, 10 December 2015 – Mr. Charamporn Jotikasthira, THAI President, said that the European Union’s Aviation Safety Committee (ASC) meeting on 25 November 2015 to review the Air Safety List, did not place carriers from Thailand to the list.  In the European Commission press release dated 10 December 2015, “No air carriers from Thailand were added to the Air Safety List at this time.” (ref. http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-15-6284_en.htm)

 

As such, THAI will continue to operate regularly-scheduled flights to Europe, which includes these 11 cities in 9 countries:  London, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Brussels, Munich, Oslo, Paris, Stockholm, Zurich, Milan, and Rome.  Passengers can find flight information at www.thaiairways.com.  THAI continues to operate under high safety standards of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

 

THAI is prepared to support and cooperate with the Civil Aviation Administration of Thailand (CAAT) in the recertification of air carriers, and supporting other Thai carriers to raise safety standards in making Thailand’s aviation industry robust.
