This service is provided by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited. It is an alternative communication channel offered to our valued customers. You can simply request, and easily obtain the information from THAI via SMS from any mobile device, anywhere, at anytime. No any apply or register prior to use this service. 2. How to Use | |||||||||||||||||||
You can send SMS to “451-4455” with specific commands. (SMS Query Commands) And you will receive a return SMS. You may request basic formats of SMS query commands by sending a blank SMS or “Help” to 451-4455. |

5. Request SMS Check-in | |||||||||||||||||||
The Request Short Message Service Check-in is initiated by the passenger by sending the requested PNR to TG through your mobile for pre check-in. Then TG sends the successful checked-in response to passenger(s). | |||||||||||||||||||
Conditions to Perform SMS Check-in: | |||||||||||||||||||
1. Your mobile phone number must be registered in Thailand. 2. Using booking code (PNR) of ROYAL or Amadeus to start check-in. 3. Check-in time is available within 24-2 hours prior to departure time. 4. Passenger having connecting flights is available with confirmed reservation in same PNR. 5. Maximum passenger are 4 adults (include children) plus 4 infants in the same PNR. 6. Not available for passenger who has special assistant requested. |

2. You have to proceed to THAI Check-in counter at the respective airports at least 1 hour prior to flight schedule departure time (International flights) and 45 minutes prior to flight schedule departure time (Domestic flights) in order to verify your travel documents, boarding pass issuance and baggage registration. | |||||||||||||||||||
6. Charging Policy | |||||||||||||||||||
• There will be no charge on this service from THAI. However, the SMS rates of your mobile operator may apply. |

• Primary information of local service charge in Thailand is around 2.00 THB (+) per a return SMS. The rate can be slightly different the mobile operators. This SMS charge is “Phone-to-Application” SMS services, which is different from normal “Phone-to-Phone” SMS services. Your promotion or package of “Phone-to-Phone” SMS is not applied for this service. | |||||||||||||||||||
• You can also use this service when you abroad. However, an additional roaming services fee will be applied depending on the country and the local mobile operator of your destination. | |||||||||||||||||||
7. Conditions of Service | |||||||||||||||||||
• The service is available for any mobile devices which support SMS either basic mobile phones or smart phones. |
