1.Y class travel on international and domestic sectors within ASEAN countries defined as Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore,Thailand,Vietnam) on the services of  ASEAN carriers  PR / QV / TG / VN / 8M
Exceptions:-
     i)  Domestic travel within Myanmar is not permitted.
     ii)  Domestic travel wholly within one ASEAN country is not permitted.
B. Fares       
- Must purchase a minimum of 3 flight coupons.  Maximum number of flight coupons a passenger can purchase is 5 coupons.
- Coupons for surface sectors shall not be counted.

ELIGILIBITY
No  requirement.

No restriction.

 Not valid on TG 3000 - 8000 series flights
 Not valid on VN 1724/ VN1725
 Not valid on PR specific flight numbers as follows:
    MNL-BKI v.v. not valid on PR 703 / 702 
    MNL-KUL v.v. not valid on PR 703 / 705 / 807 / 702 / 704 / 806
    MNL-KCH v.v. not valid on PR 807 / 806
    CEB-BKI v.v. not valid on PR 709 / 708
    CEB-KUL v.v. not valid on PR 709 / 708

 Not valid on (PR) PAL EXPRESS flights between
    MNL & USU/ CYP/ CRM/ MPH/ CYZ/ OMC/ SJI/ SUG/ TUG/ VRC

 Not valid on 8M 5000 and 9000 series flights  
 A. Travel on any sector is restricted to once in each direction.
 B. Departure from any city is limited to twice only.

RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
 A. Reservations
  1. All flight segments must be confirmed at the time of ticket purchase.
  2. Booking  class:-
      PR - B
      TG - M (International)
            - M (Domestic)
      VN - B (International)
             - T (Domestic)
      8M - B 
      QV - M
 B. Ticketing
   1. Tickets must be issued on participating ASEAN carriers ticket.        
   2. Fare calculation box must reflect only total amount collected.
   3. Fares Basis :  Apply following fare basis codes as appropriate :
                            YCASEAN3/ YCASEAN4/ YCASEAN5
   4. Ticket must be issue at TG office or appoint agents.

MINIMUM STAY
 3 days. (the number of days counting from the day of departure date)

MAXIMUM STAY
 1 month.

STOPOVER
 Only 1 stopover is permitted at any city except that stopover is not permitted at the point of origin.

TRANSFER
1. Transit is allowed at the point of origin or destination or any city in the event a   sector is not serviced by an ASEAN carrier.
2. Travel from a stopover city via a transit city and from the transit city to the next  en-route city shall be counted  as 2 flight coupons.

CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS
 Open-jaw is permitted only at country of origin. 
 Surface sector within a country is permitted at passenger own expense.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
 All travel must commence within the period 01 December 2009 - 30 November 2010. 

SALES RESTRICTIONS
 A. Advertising & Sales
      Ticket sales will be from 01 December 2009.
 B. Extension of Validity
      Not permitted.

PENALTIES
 A. Refund for Cancellation
   1. Prior to commencement of travel – 50% of the fare shall be forfeited.
   2. After travel has commenced – No refund.
 
 B. Rebooking and Rerouting
   1. Rebooking – permitted without charge.
   2. Rerouting – not permitted.

CHILDREN AND INFANTS DISCOUNTS
 Infant : 10% of IATA sector fares or 10% of applicable normal domestic sector fares.
 
TOUR CONDUCTORS DISCOUNTS
 Not permitted.

AGENT DISCOUNTS
 Not permitted.
