Customers need to provide the following information when sending in faxes or email:
1. First and Last names, or PNR number
2. Original booking flight number and date
3. Original ticket number
4. Current contact telephone number, cell number, fax number, or email address
5. Preferred destination
THAI will contact passengers to advise the earliest listing or confirmation status, which the priority is based according to the original booking before the airspace closures.
