For all travellers departing on THAI flights across the network during the peak December/January holiday travel season, please note the following :

1.  Airports will be busy with additional passenger flows so please allow extra travel time to Airports on departure day.  Check-in opens 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.

2.  For customers travelling with children, please allow plenty of time for check-in, Immigration and Security screening especially when travelling with infants.

3.  We recommend using the online check-in facility available from 24 hours prior to the flight departure time as this will expedite Airport processing.  Please note you will still need to allow adequate time for Luggage check-in, Immigration and Security screening.

THAI Wins Three First Place Skytrax Awards 2017

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) was proud to have received three prestigious awards at the Skytrax 2017 World Airline Awards Ceremony as the World’s Best Economy Class, World’s Best Airline Lounge Spa, and Best Economy Class Onboard Catering.  THAI received these three awards at an award ceremony that was held at the Musee de l’Air de l’Espace, Paris Air Show, Paris-Le Bourget Airport.

World Airline Awards are the results of the Skytrax survey that was first launched in 1999 as the first worldwide, annual airline customer satisfaction survey, which is 100 percent independent, impartial, and global.  This year’s Skytrax survey was conducted during August 2016 to May 2017 amongst more than 19.87 million travelers, surveying products and services of over 320 airlines.   Skytrax World Airline Awards are a global benchmark of airline excellence, and described as “the Oscars of the aviation industry.”
