1. Selling Price

1.1 The quoted price includes transportation, transfer, tours, accommodation, some meals, service charge, government tax, etc., as outlined in each tour description.

The selling prices shown are selling prices “Per Person” in local currency with the following definitions :

Twin Sharing : Prices are quoted on “One Person” utilizing accommodation on a shared room basis.   
Adult Extra Bed :    Prices are quoted on “One Person” utilizing an extra bed basis.
Only one extra bed can be booked in Twin Sharing Room.
Child Extra Bed
(2-11 years)
: Prices are quoted on “One Child” utilizing an extra bed basis.
Only one extra bed can be booked in Twin Sharing Room.
Single :

Prices are quoted on “One Person” utilizing accommodation on a single room basis.
Maximum of one person can be booked in a room.


1.2 Where a ‘minimum of 2 persons’ is indicated in the selling price, the surcharge of one person traveling alone will be levied as detailed in the price list.
Passenger traveling alone may not be accepted should the surcharge of one person traveling alone is not applicable.

1.3 Children Rate
Child Extra Bed rate will be applied for one child sharing room with at least two full-paying adults.
For child(ren) occupying an extra room, or one child sharing room with one adult, the same price as for an adult shall be applied.

1.4 Extra Night Rate
Customer(s) can extend their stay longer than the package duration. The price of extra night is automatically captured by system and added to the main tour package selected by customer(s).

1.5 Royal Orchid Holidays reserve the right to change prices and package details without prior notice.

1.6 Others
Expenses other than those specified in each tour itinerary e.g. airport taxes, meals, sightseeing, cost of passport, visas or other documentation, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, cable, telephone or communication charges, Wi-Fi or internet usage or any items of a personal nature are not included in the price quoted.

2. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation with bath and/or shower and air-conditioning is provided at hotels listed under the Royal Orchid Holidays tour program according to their category or standard. Accommodation is in a single or twin sharing room. For a third occupant sharing the same room, an extra bed will be provided. Please note Royal Orchid Holidays cannot guarantee accommodation in a particular hotel and reserves the right to substitute a hotel of similar standard should the situation require it. In large cities and major beach resorts the quality of every aspect of Thailand’s hotels is up to the highest international standards, across the range of prices, but in more remote locations and adventure destinations, first class hotels offering the fullest range of facilities do not always exist. In these situations, Royal Orchid Holidays will arrange the best standard of accommodation available in each category.

Royal Orchid Holidays include breakfast except some specific tour code as indicated in each program. Some itineraries also include other meals, as shown in each description. Meals are indicated in the text by : B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner. For some destinations, gala dinners during Christmas and/or New Year’s Eve may be compulsory by some hotels. This service is not part of Royal Orchid Holidays and payment must be made directly by customers to the hotel.

3. Program Changes

All Royal Orchid Holidays are pre-arranged services and no individual program changes or modifications can be made. Royal Orchid Holidays reserve the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or to substitute elements of any plan without prior notice when local conditions force such changes.

4. Transfers and Services

Private cars, microbuses, coaches or boats are used for customers depending on number of participants traveling on the same day. In all major destinations, transfers/tours are on a seat-in-coach/car basis.

5. Escort

Royal Orchid Holidays are not usually accompanied by an escort. All sightseeings, however, which are operated on a seat-in-coach basis are conducted in English.

6. Payments

All bookings must be paid in full by credit card at time of booking. Your credit is debited immediately upon booking confirmation. Credit cards accepted are Visa and Master cards. In some country, a surcharge for cross border on credit card payment will be imposed.

7. Document

7.1 Travel Document
The “Electronic Voucher” and the “Itinerary” will be sent to customer’s email address which serves as a ‘reference document’. Please print the electronic voucher and present to the ground operator on the day of the activity or to the hotel reception upon check-in with valid ID or passport. The ground operators and/or hotels reserve the right to deny the service(s) with no refund should the names printed on the voucher(s) do not match with one(s) appeared on ID or passport.

7.2 Cash Receipt/Tax Invoice
Please contact THAI Selling Office in Thailand for Cash Receipt/Tax Invoice within 30 days after the booking is made.

7.3 Passport and Visa Requirement
The customers must posses a valid passport and are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, etc., prior to departure. Royal Orchid Holidays cannot accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel information. We are not in any way liable to you if you are subsequently detained/denied entry/deported at your destination due to your failure to follow the correct travel document procedures.

8. Amendment/ Cancellation/ Refund/ No-show

8.1 Amendment
Please contact THAI Selling Office in Thailand 7 days prior to the tour departure date for any booking amendment. All amendments are subject to room availability. Please note that prices applying to all new bookings made following a cancellation will be of those applicable on the day the new booking is made.

8.2 Cancellation
All bookings on line must be cancelled with THAI Selling Office in Thailand.

For Main Package

A penalty charge of one-night accommodation will be levied if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the tour departure date. Please note that there are specific rules regarding cancellation for certain hotels. (Please see details of cancellation from hotel information)
Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. Failure to arrive at your hotel on the confirmed check-in date will be treated as a late cancellation. If you do not check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert Royal Orchid Holidays in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not be secured.

For Optional

Any cancellations receive less than 3 days before the tour operating date, a 100% of total package price will be imposed.

8.3 No-show
In case of no-show, there will be a full charge of package price.

8.4 Refund
Please contact THAI Selling Office in Thailand for refund request. The refund required will be credited to customer’s credit card account with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy applicable. An administration fee of Baht 200.- will be charged.
However, after commencement of travel, no refund will be given for service included in the package program and not utilized by the customer(s).

9. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy to cover loss, damage, illness, injury or other unexplained circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any liability, expenses or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured.

10. Responsibility of Customers

To confirm a booking, you must be authorised to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and Conditions and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. You also become responsible for making all payments due under your booking.

Please note you are also resonsible for your party’s actions in every manners.  If we or our service providers believe your actions or those of your party could cause danger, upset or annoyance to other customers, guests or staff, we or our service providers may end your booking arrangements immediately.  In this event we nor our service providers will neither compensate, make refunds nor pay any expenses you suffer as a result.

Please check your booking details carefully to ensure that any related flight and/or other arangements coincide with the dates you have booked with us as we will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any mistakes by you.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data will be used principally to provide you with Royal Orchid Holidays product you have purchased. Your data may be used for the following purposes: accounting, billing, credit, customer relations, advertising opportunities and to help us in any future dealing with you, for example by identifying your requirement and preferences.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed in all respects by the laws of Kingdom of Thailand and any action or dispute arising under them or in any way connected with the holiday or tour package shall be referred to the competent court of jurisdiction in the Kingdom of Thailand.

13. Responsibility & Liability of Royal Orchid Holidays


Royal Orchid Holidays act only as agent for the person or companies providing accommodation, transport or other services, hereinafter called “Services Providers”, and we issue the documents on the Service Providers’ terms and conditions. The tour members acknowledge that neither the Royal Orchid Holidays, nor its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by “force majeure” or other events beyond the Royal Orchid Holidays’ control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes.


Royal Orchid Holidays shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any tour member in the event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of service or accommodation provided by any Service Provider nor be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. Royal Orchid Holidays will only acknowledge liability in the cast of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of facilities, accommodation or services provided. In the event of such a complaint the customers is requested to immediately contact THAI Selling Office in Thailand or Service Provider, hotel, etc., for remedial action to resolve any problem or irregularity at that time. Only if such a complaint has been lodged will Royal Orchid Holidays consider to fully investigate and act on any complaint
