Flight / Date change
  • done Permitted
    Please refer to "Purchase Conditions" > "Penalties and Surcharges" during the booking process.
  • Additional fare and taxes (if any) must be collected before ticket expiration.
  • Ticket validity refers to “Purchase Conditions" > "Minimum and Maximum” during the booking process.
  • Ticket can be changed online via "My Booking” or contact THAI office
  • Change must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure of the original flight, otherwise the no-show fee will be applied.
Cancellation/Refund
  • done Permitted with fee USD 100 or equivalent
    Please refer to "Purchase Conditions" > "Penalties and Surcharges" during the booking process.
  • The refund application must be made no later than 90 days after ticket expiry.
  • To avoid No-Show Fee, cancellation of the original flight reservation must be made at least 24hrs prior to departure.
Baggage allowance
Royal Orchid Plus
Mileage accrual:
  • 25 - 100% of actual miles accrued on TG operated flight
    or TG marketing flight (TG 4 digit flight number) operated by THAI Smile.
  • For TG marketing flight (TG 4 digit flight number) operated by other partner airline,
    mileage may be accrued in less or may not be accrued.

Upgrade:
NAME CORRECTION
  • done Permitted with fee USD 30 or equivalent
  •  Name change is not permitted.
NO SHOW
  • Charge USD 100 or equivalent for change
  • Charge USD 120 or equivalent for refund
FARE TYPE COMBINATION
  • The most restrictive conditions for CANCELLATION/REFUND and TICKET VALIDITY will be applied to the whole ticket.
  • The conditions for FLIGHT/DATE CHANGE and NO-SHOW of selected fare types will be applied accordingly to each bound.
