MASKS Masks should be worn at all times - close to the face, covering both the nose and mouth completely. Face masks normally last up to 4 hours, so you will need to bring enough for the duration of your trip and in case you need to replace the one you are wearing. Exemptions are only in the unlikely event of an emergency. |

TEMPERATURE SCREENING Body temperature screening will be conducted using noncontact infrared thermometers upon request. We ask you to cooperate with airport staff and our cabin crew to ensure your wellbeing and that of all other passengers. |

SAFE DISTANCE Please mind social distancing at all times, keeping a safe distance of 1.5 to 2 meters between you and other passengers. |

DISPOSING OF MASKS If you are wearing single-use masks or disposable gloves and need to replace these, please dispose of the old ones correctly by putting them on a litter bin at the airport, or in dedicated waste bags on board. |

YOUR HEALTH, EVERYONE’S WELLBEING If you are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms or have in the last 14 days, we ask you not travel or go to the airport.
