Data regulations are changing so we have updated our Privacy Notice to reflect the changes and to strengthen your privacy rights. This is part of our ongoing commitment to be transparent about how we use, store and protect your data. We have included changes to address the new standards introduced by the European data protection law, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as  the upcoming Thailand Privacy Law.



For Royal Orchid Plus Members, from 21 May 2018, the consent you have provided previously to receive communications from THAI Bangkok, Royal Orchid Plus Bangkok and other third parties will be reset.  In order to allow us to communicate with you, whilst respecting your data privacy, we would like to request that you update your Royal Orchid Plus profile at thaiairways.com here by accessing your account using your membership number and PIN.

Please note that members who are under 16 years of age will now require parental/guardian consent in order to comply with GDPR. This form can be conveniently completed online.
