Whistleblower Definition and Reporting Channels
A whistleblower refers to any employee, external party, stakeholder, or any individual who has either experienced harm or witnessed fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, or directives. Such individuals can report their concerns to the designated authorities within the company, including Chairman of the Board (DH), Chief Executive Officer (DD), Chief Officer (Relevant Department Head), Director of Corporate Compliance (D3)
Whistleblowers can submit their concerns through the following four official channels:
1. Directly (verbally or in writing)
2. Via Email
3. By Mail
4. Through the Company Website Here
