Enjoy flights with ROP Smart Miles Pay
Royal Orchid Plus members are able to purchase THAI tickets using cash and Royal Orchid Plus miles for all paid travel across the THAI network.
Member can earn miles, plus additional class of service miles, according to the booking classes.
Note: ROP Smart Miles Pay payment option is now temporarily unavailable for some selected routes due to system enhancement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- This is applicable exclusively to flights operated by THAI (TG 3-digit flights), for all classes of service booked through the booking widget above.
- The number of miles required for ROP Smart Miles Pay starts from 500 miles per purchase.
- The proportion of miles allowed for such ticket payment is subject to the ticket fare.
- Mileage discount for infant and child is not permitted.
- Mileage is not allowed to use for taxes, fee and surcharges.
- Mileage can be deducted from only one Royal Orchid Plus account per transaction.
- Mileage accrual is according to paid service class codes and conditions of each frequent flyer program among Star Alliance airlines.
- For the ROP Smart Miles Pay ticket with non refundable condition, mileage shall not be claimed and re-credited to member’s account.
- For the refund of ROP Smart Miles Pay ticket, any expired miles will not be re-credited.
- Refunds for partially used tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket.
- Cash receipt will display only cash payment.
- Only the following currencies are eligible for the ROP Smart Miles Pay ticket payment option.
