Redemption Period : March 15, 2024 to March 14, 2025

  • Search for your flight below.
  • Select your preferred flight.
  • Provide traveler’s details.
  • Apply your THAI GIFT VOUCHER code(s) - a maximum of 5 vouchers per transaction.
  • If the price of the new itinerary is lower than the value of the voucher, the residual amount will be retained to be used next time.
  • If the price of the new itinerary exceeds the remaining value of the voucher, you can pay the residual amount using our payment options.
  • Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the new itinerary.

  • THAI GIFT VOUCHER can be redeemed to issue revenue ticket inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges for traveling on THAI flights (TG 3 digits) applicable to all revenue fares available at the time of redeeming ticket.
  • THAI GIFT VOUCHER cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional fees, ticket taxes and surcharges, fees associated with revenue tickets, or any other THAI products and services.
  • THAI GIFT VOUCHER can be redeemed for new booking and ticket issuing during March 15, 2024 until March 14, 2025 by making reservation and ticketing via THAI website, THAI Contact Center and THAI Ticket office (Thailand).
  • Voucher for expenses in this section cannot be transferred to others. However, the owner of Voucher can issue tickets for another person.
  • THAI GIFT VOUCHER cannot be used when redeeming tickets for children or infants through the Thai Airways website.
  • In the event that the value of Voucher is insufficient for payment, the residual amount can be paid in cash or with credit card through any of the available payment channels.
  • THAI GIFT VOUCHER can be redeemed to issue air tickets within available credit amount.
  • Once Voucher is redeemed for ticket, ticket terms and conditions apply.
  • In case of ticket refund with ticket conditions applied, Voucher will be returned to the owner, within the validity. If you redeem the ticket by using Voucher plus cash, you can receive the cash refund only the cash payment portion.
  • Any unused Voucher remaining amount cannot be refunded or exchanged in cash in any circumstances.
  • The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be subject to the final decision of Thai Airways.
