Complaints and Whistleblowing

The company recognizes the serious threats posed by fraud, corruption, and misconduct, which must be a top priority for all departments. Every level of personnel is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and preventing these issues. To reinforce these efforts, the company has implemented the Whistleblower Policy as part of its governance framework and has established the 2024 Company Regulations on Complaints and Whistleblowing for Fraud and Non-Compliance (Amendment 1).

All stakeholders are encouraged to report any fraudulent activities through designated channels. The company has protective measures in place to ensure the confidentiality and safety of whistleblowers and those who cooperate in reporting misconduct. If an investigation confirms wrongdoing based on evidence, appropriate disciplinary, civil, or criminal actions will be taken accordingly.
