Update to Service Fee Policy for Travel Agency-Issued Tickets 

This is to inform you of an important update to our Service Fee Policy regarding Thai Airways tickets purchased through travel agencies. Effective 01 August 2025, the revised service fees will apply as follows: 

• For passengers who contact THAI Sales Office, Reservation & Ticketing Offices, the Global Call Centre, Airport Office, or any THAI Office outside Thailand:  

- The service fee will increase from USD30 to USD50 (or the equivalent in local currency). 

• For passengers who contact THAI Offices or the local THAI Contact Centre within Thailand:

- The service fee remains unchanged at THB1,000. 

This policy applies specifically to tickets issued by travel agencies. The above-mentioned service fee will be charged per ticket, per transaction for any changes, modifications, or ticket reissuance handled by Thai Airways International.

Passengers who prefer not to pay the service fee are advised to contact the issuing travel agency directly for assistance.
