Terms & Conditions for Promotion at Rak Khun Tao Fah 2025

• The Promotion (as defined below) is available to Cardmembers who hold a valid American Express Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express"), excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card (“Eligible Cardmembers”).

Terms and Conditions for Special Rate with THAI Cash Reward

• The Privilege is available to the Basic Cardmembers who hold a valid THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") only ("Cardmembers").
• The minimum amount of THAI American Express Platinum points required for redemption is 10,000 points, which can be converted into Baht 2,000 credited to the Card account when you make a payment at Thai Airways International Public Company Limited ("THAI") from 24 April – 31 May 2025. (“Program Period”).
• Every increment of 10,000 THAI American Express Platinum points can be redeemed for an additional Baht 2,000 credit value. The total credit value must not exceed the accumulated purchase amount of goods and services made at THAI throughout the Program Period. 
• Cardmembers must call our THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card Customer Service at 0 2091 2788 for credit redemption within 30 days after the date of purchase with THAI.
• The redeemed amount will be in the form of credit adjustment to the Basic Card account within 30 days after the date of the THAI American Express Platinum points redemption is completed.
• Redeemed THAI American Express Platinum points cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged to cash or other benefits in kind.
• In case of cancellation of purchase, THAI's Terms and Conditions shall apply. The redeemed THAI American Express Platinum points will be reversed in the next billing statement, provided that the Terms and Conditions of THAI allow for the cancellation of the purchased.
• American Express reserves the right to offer the Privilege only to active Basic Cardmembers, whose account are in good standing, and who have not breached any of the Term and Conditions of American Express Cardmembership.
• American Express and THAI reserve the right to cancel, change or modify the Privilege's Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Should any dispute arise in relation to any aspect of this Privilege, the decision of American Express and THAI shall be final.
• In case of insufficiency of THAI American Express Platinum points redemption, American Express reserves the right not to proceed to redeem the THAI American Express Platinum points for credit transaction.

Terms & Conditions for 0% WISE PAY at Thai Airways

• The privilege 0% WISE PAY Program is available to Cardmembers who hold any valid American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card for spending at Thai Airways from 1 January - 31 December 2025.
• The Basic Cardmembers must call American Express' Customer Service after making full payment and before Cardmember's next statement cycle is cut off to request for 0% WISE PAY payment option.
• 0% WISE PAY is an installment program allowing the Cardmembers to pay through monthly installment. Cardmembers can enjoy 3 or 6 monthly installments and THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers can enjoy up to 10 monthly installments.
• The minimum spending or principal amount shall not be less than Baht 5,000 per transaction.
• Cardmembers, except American Express Platinum Cardmembers and THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers, will not receive Base points for 0% WISE PAY spending.
• Eligible American Express Cardmembers can participate in 0% WISE PAY only if: (a) the Charge is made for spending at Thai Airways; (b) The Charge does not exceed the Credit Limit (which shall not include any temporary credit limit increase) on your Account; and (c) your Account is in good standing (including not being overdue) and not suspended or cancelled for any reason. Notwithstanding any other Terms and Conditions, American Express reserves the right to reject any 0% WISE PAY transaction in accordance with our internal assessment policy and American Express also reserves the right to revoke the eligibility to participate in 0% WISE PAY if the Charge exceeds the Credit Limit (which shall not include any temporary credit limit increase) on your Account.
• The privilege is only available to Cardmembers whose all accounts with American Express are in good standing and the Cardmembers must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of American Express Cardmembership from the date they receive the privilege to the date they use the privilege.
• American Express reserves the right to terminate or change the privilege's Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from this privilege, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
