- PayPay can be used only for tickets departing from Japan and for paid optional services.
- Mileage purchases are not eligible.
- PayPay is available exclusively on the Thai Airways official website (thaiairways.com).
- It is not supported on the mobile app.
- PayPay cannot be used in secret browser windows or private browsing mode on either PC or smartphone.
- Supported browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
